Stop Smoking/Vaping Programme

Stopped Smoker v Non-Smoker

Everyone knows someone who has quit smoking but still says they’d like one with a drink, or after a meal. And what a difficult place that is to be – having to deny yourself something you want all the time.

The stopped ‘smoker’ courageously resists having a cigarette, while the non-smoker couldn’t think of anything worse than smoking. That’s if they give it a thought at all.
Our approach is to effortlessly help you break free from the belief that you are still a smoker, who is giving up. This unique approach helps you become a true non-smoker, not just someone who is resisting smoking.

Break Free For Good!

The techniques we use address every single psychological trick that smoking addiction plays on you – and frees you from its grip, for good. Smoking cessation Hypnotherapy with us, will gently move your mind from its current addicted state to complete freedom from cigarettes.
• No longer will you be controlled by the need to smoke
• No more planning your day so you can smoke
• No more running outside at work or at parties
• No more worrying whether you have enough cigarettes left
• No more stressing about what smoking is doing to your health

Regain Your Financial Health

Do you realise that if you smoke 20 cigarettes per day, you’re spending around   £90-£100 per week, around £400 per month or £4800 per year. Over a 10-year period you’d be £48,000 better off!

Imagine what that extra money could be used for.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

The programme is delivered over two sessions approximately a week apart. This way, Madeleine can offer you a high level of support to address any stumbling blocks and give you the best chance of quitting for good! As we know, life events can be stressful, so further sessions can be booked at any time in the future, if more support is required.

Regain Your Physical Health

If you’re serious about stopping smoking or vaping, you probably know many of the health risks associated with smoking-with cancer, respiratory disease, strokes, and heart disease being high up on the list. However, what you may not know is just how quickly your body starts to recover regardless of your age and how long you’ve smoked. It’s never too late to stop.

  • 20 minutes:Your blood pressure and pulse rate return to normal
    • 8 hours:Oxygen levels in your blood return to normal
    • 24 hours: Carbon monoxide has been eliminated from your body. Your lungs start to clear out mucus and other smoking debris
    • 48 hours: There is no nicotine left in your body. Your ability to taste and smell is greatly improved
    • 72 hours: Breathing becomes easier. Your bronchial tubes begin to relax and your energy levels increase
    • 2-12 weeks: Circulation improves throughout the body, making walking and running a whole lot easier
    • 3-9 months: Coughs, wheezing and breathing problems get better as your lung function is increased by up to 10%
    • 5 years: Heart attack falls to about half that of a smoker
    • 10 years: Risk of lung cancer falls to half that of a smoker. Risk of heart attack falls to same as someone who has never smoked.
As you can see from above, after you smoke your last cigarette, your body begins a series of positive changes that continue for years!

Stop Smoking/Vaping Programme

People start (and continue) to smoke/vape for different reasons, and these are explored in the first session. If someone has a lot of stress in their life and feels anxious about stopping smoking/vaping,  we may work to reduce this stress in session one and then complete the stop smoking/vaping part of the programme in session two.

The techniques used can also be beneficial, for many other issues, that may be contributing to your smoking habit.
The second session is the actual stop smoking session.

If smoking is simply a habit that you wish to stop immediately then we will address smoking/vaping, in session one. The second session gives you the opportunity to review the week as a non-smoker and build upon your success. The second session is completely personalised to you but can be used to address any challenges you’ve faced in the week, extra motivation to keep going, addressing stress or any other area that you feel needs a boost to help you stay a non-smoker.

Before your first session,  you will receive an eBook called ‘Get Ready to Quit’ which will help you prepare in a way that will make quitting smoking/vaping  much easier than you could ever have imagined.

What is Involved in the Stop Smoking/Vaping Programme?

  • Firstly, your determination to quit and 100% commitment to the process are paramount.
  • Book a Clarity Session, when we can have a 30-minute chat about your reasons for wanting to stop smoking/vaping and the stumbling blocks/fears you may have. You can also ask any questions and Madeleine may offer some tips to help you prepare for your first session.
  • Book a programme either online or in-person. Allow up to 2 hours for the first session and 75 minutes for the second.

Am I Guaranteed to Stop Smoking/Vaping?

It would be unethical to give this guarantee. The key to success is 100% motivation, commitment, and positive engagement in the process. Because our programme is delivered over 2 sessions you get a high level of support to give you best chance of becoming a non-smoker.

Isn’t that worth booking a Clarity Session?

What is the Cost of the Stop Smoking/Vaping Programme?

The fee for two sessions is £185

More importantly, ask yourself what the true cost of NOT quitting is!

Am I Ready to Become a Non-Smoker?

Hypnotherapy is not a magic wand. You must be 100% ready to quit and to regain your health and finances. Questions to help you decide your level of commitment:

  • Are you stopping smoking for yourself and not just for someone else?
  • Are you able to give at least 3 good reasons for this being the right time to stop?
  • Are you ready to invest £185 in your health?
  • Are you prepared to smoke your last cigarette/vape at least 4 hours before your Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy session?
  • Are you ready to throw away all your cigarettes/tobacco products/vapes etc before your Stop Smoking session?
